Your main responsibilities

Attached to the Production Manager you will be trained our business in order to integrate in the medium term one of our units internationally, in the field of inflight catering.

  • Know and respect all safety rules
  • Provide staff training on production methods, internal procedures and the use of equipment
  • Provide inventory control to make purchase requisitions for missing assets
  • Ensuring the quality and quantity of foods with particular emphasis on presentation
  • Control the productivity of the raw material
  • Ensure that all company standards, procedures, HSE / HACCP policies are followed and records are maintained
  • Track the cost of food and secure the storage of raw materials to prevent theft and overproduction
  • According to production plans, prepare production planning to adjust the volume of staff according to expected orders to deliver customers on time
  • Analyze the monthly Food Cost and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions if necessary
  • Write procedures improving quality and generating productivity gains
  • Collect, compile and analyze the results of bacteriological and HACCP audits
  • Monitor new products introduced to the market and develop new recipes
  • Depending on the volume of activity, anticipate the supply of raw materials, in collaboration with the purchasing manager, to avoid any delay or under production due to a lack of raw material

Your profile

  • Graduated from hotel management school / agri-food engineering school
  • International mobility for all zones
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to follow procedures
  • Able to take initiative
  • Able to adapt to a multicultural environment
  • Fluent in French and English
