Your main responsibilities

You will assist with managing a profit center by controlling all the aspects of an Inflight unit (purchasing, management, finance, customer relations).

  • To acquire technical operational knowledge concerning:
    • Commercial
    • QHSE
    • Human Resources
    • Management control
    • Production / Economat
    • Operations
  • Customer satisfaction :
    • Know, understand and enforce the client contract
    • Management of ratios:
      • Food cost
      • Labor cost
      • Overhead
    • Ensure the daily realization of the service sold
  • Implement Newrest operational processes in the following areas:
    • Organization and production methods
    • Quality and conformity of services, hygiene and food safety
    • Using Winflight in production and purchasing management
    • Follow-up of operational action plans defined by Inflight Management
  • Train, supervise and support the operational managers concerned on each site in the areas where you intervene
  • Be proactive and participate in the continuous improvement of the quality of service offered by the three units
  • Team management:
    • Recruitment
    • Management of teams on a daily basis
    • Setting up schedules
    • Evaluation and detection of potentials
  • Raw materials management:
    • Management of the order flow
    • Monitoring and control of receptions
    • Monitoring and control of material releases
  • QHSE:
    • Compliance with procedures and registrations
    • Training of local teams
    • Organization of regular Tool Box meetings

Your profile

  • Initial training at hotel management school / agri-food engineering school
  • Experience in corporate catering would be an asset
  • International mobility for all zones
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to follow procedures
  • Able to take initiative
  • Able to adapt to a multicultural environment
